Crates filled with empty bottles are stacked on pallets and conveyed by a belt conveyor to a pallet unloader, where pallets are unloaded one by one. The crates are transported by conveyor to a crate unloader, and empty bottles are taken out of the crates. The empty crates are sent by conveyor to a crate washer. After cleaning, they are transferred to a crate packer, so the bottles filled with beverage can be loaded into the crates.

Empty bottles removed from the crate unloader are transported by another conveyor to a bottle washer for disinfection and cleaning. After inspection by bottle inspectors and confirmation that they meet cleaning specifications, the bottles move on to the filling machine and capping machine. Beverage is filled into the bottles by the filler. The bottles with beverage are sealed by the capping machine and sent to the labeling machine for labelling. After labelling, the bottles are delivered to the packaging machine to be packed into crates. Afterwards, they go to the palletizer to be stacked onto pallets, and finally transported to the warehouse.

During operation, the vacuum pump shall be maintained regularly in accordance with its operation manual. Special attention must be paid to prevent reverse rotation, which may damage the pump. The machine parts can be tightened, and the machine dimensions can be adjusted to match package sizes. The joints of components should be lubricated periodically. Most importantly, during seasonal changes, enterprises need to thoroughly clean the machinery, seal the storage areas for supporting facilities, and keep the whole unit in a dry environment. This prevents the beverage production line from being corroded by liquids and other substances.
